Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using the services of Ezel Luxury Spa and Salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be made online, via WhatsApp (+233 53 666 1668), or by calling us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from our team.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at the discretion of our staff.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Repeated no-shows may result in pre-payment being required for future bookings.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless a deposit arrangement has been made. We accept cash, Mobile Money (MoMo), and bank transfers. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Services

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion. Our therapists and stylists will discuss your needs before commencing any treatment. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.

Results from treatments may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our staff with respect and courtesy. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service and may result in you being refused future appointments.

7. Liability

Ezel Luxury Spa and Salon is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects arising from treatments where the client has not disclosed relevant medical information. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while on our premises.
